Social Media Marketing Manager

Kirio is seeking an exceptional Social Media Marketing Manager to manage its global social media programs and drive best-in-class customer experience, brand engagement and reach. Creativity and innovation but also rigorous testing, measurement and ability to continuously iterate to improve results are critical for this role. We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media professional with a genuine passion for our space. Core Responsibilities:
This is an end-to-end Social Media role. The Social Media Marketing Manager will manage all content planning, curation, story ideation, and direct fan communication for Kirio. The role will work with key social media and digital platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube, but also with industry specific platforms such as Houzz. Additionally, it will seek out emerging platforms that can help us grow our customer base and brand.
More specifically, this role will:
• Lead the development of our Social strategy as it relates to messaging, engagement, and content performance
• Develop programs to grow audiences and foster global social conversation
• Targeted creative content creation with some design layout creation
• Manage the day-to-day scheduling, messaging, monitoring, and moderation of Kirio’s social platforms and channels
• Track performance of social media campaigns, content, and overall health of Kirio’s social platforms and channels with regular reporting to leadership
• Project Manage internal resources to ensure alignment around a continuous flow of high quality, curated social content
• Surface insights for business and marketing strategies. Present to senior leadership regularly on Social plans and results
• Continuously ideate and innovate within the Social space
• Regularly audit competitive strategic analysis, customer/target audience segmentation, and consumer insight development

Requirements:
• Minimum BA or BS degree, preferably in Communications, Business, Marketing, and/or related field
• At least 3 years of experience working in Social Media marketing, community management, digital/brand marketing.
• Experience fully managing Social Media branding on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and YouTube
• Proficient with Social Media Management tools
• Copy editing experience translating traditional marketing content into brand-relevant conversations

Core Responsibilities:
This is an end-to-end Search Marketing role. The Search Marketing Manager will manage all from problem recognition to data analysis to building and implementing automated workflows and solutions, by utilizing quantitative and qualitative skills to provide actionable insights for optimizing marketing spend, audience targeting and influencing customer behavior.

More specifically, this role will:
• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of our Search strategy
• Execute on the fundamentals of search marketing to perform a clean Marketing handshake between Search Platforms and our site.
• Monitor and lead multiple SEM campaigns/projects.
• Gather actionable data from our various sources to ensure consistent and continual optimization of campaigns. Perform keyword research (discovery and expansion), review and edit ad creative/copy, review and analyze website performance metrics, and optimize campaigns. Perform testing (A/B and Multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.
• Help identify growth opportunities, initiate test hypotheses and prioritize scaling out winning tests, improving SEM traffic productivity and return on investment.
• Develop and continuously improve SEM products and tools development (automation tools, dashboards, etc.) and influence prioritization.
• Build automated workflows to affect change at scale.

Kirio is seeking an exceptional Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to manage and optimize its purchasing and supply chain programs, supporting a best-in-class customer experience. We are looking for an experienced, analytical and execution driven professional with a genuine passion for our industry. Success in this role requires the ability to prioritize a healthy supply of all raw materials and sellable products across all the supply chain, followed by the ability to optimize costs by delivering on the right mix of direct vs indirect buying strategies.

Core Responsibilities:
This is an end-to-end Procurement and Supply Chain role. The Procurement and Supply Chain Manager will manage all planning and execution of purchasing and supply chain for Kirio. The role will work closely to our Contract Manufacturing, Engineering and Services functions.

More specifically, this role will:
• Evaluate, assess, develop, and manage the supply base to meet customer promises across the world
• Employ strategies and tactics to mitigate risk in order to ensure continuity of supply. Own our risk mitigation plan for supply shortages.
• Manage relationships with external manufacturers and distribution partners as needed
• Work collaboratively with internal teams on sourcing strategy, market analysis, trade-off analysis reviews, and supplier roadmaps to support cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Setup new suppliers as needed, administer contracts, independently negotiate contracts including pricing, technical requirements, scope, and any other terms
• Develop our overall supplier negotiation and engagement strategies
• Issue purchase orders in a scalable fashion, ensure timely delivery of purchase orders, and resolve invoice issues
• Monitor and manage costs to ensure adherence to budgets and forecasts
• Analyze supply chain and procurement data and report metrics
• Continuously ideate and innovate within this space

We are looking for an experienced, analytical and execution driven professional with a genuine passion for our industry. Success in this role requires the ability to optimize all aspects of a contract manufacturing relationship, working closely to the procurement and supply chain functions to optimize costs and supply.

Core Responsibilities:
This is an end-to-end Contract Manufacturing role. The Contract Manufacturing Manager will manage all planning and execution of purchasing and supply chain for Kirio. The role will work closely to our Contract Manufacturing, Engineering and Services functions.

More specifically, this role will:
• Identify, select, qualify, and manage our Contract Manufacturing partners and other strategic suppliers, not only in the US but also globally
• Lead the review and negotiation of contractual documents
• Lead the evaluation and selection of suppliers through market sourcing/research, identification of supplier capabilities, creation and administration of technical RFQ documents, proposal review, risk analysis, and negotiation of commercial terms and conditions
• Proactively research new materials and techniques that help us remain competitive and gain market share. Lead and develop strategies for materials that are unique to us
• Continuously look for new savings opportunities through analysis of data (spend, price competitiveness, logistics, etc) through hands-on review of bill of materials and onsite visits

Requirements:

We are looking for an exceptional sales professional with deep roots in the home construction industry either in Sales or in materials Procurement, and with a genuine passion for our industry. Success in this role requires a passion developing sales relationships in an emerging industry and a passion for continuous improvement.

Core Responsibilities:
This is a broad and high impact Sales role. It will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, negotiate and close business deals. It will collaborate with other functions of Kirio for technical support, quoting and pricing optimization, in order to increase sales opportunities and maximize revenue.

More specifically, this role will:
• Use account planning tools and marketing research to plan for an effective sales activity, tailoring Sales approach to specific verticals or customer business models.
• Initiate commercial conversations with knowledge about a customer’s business, driving them through negotiation and into closure.
