Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, all our packages include free ground shipping within the Continental United States. Expedited shipping options are also available at checkout. For International, AK and HI orders, we will charge the standard shipping rate as displayed at checkout.

What is your Shipping Policy? When will I receive my Kirio?

For orders shipping to the Continental United States, Kirio makes its best efforts to deliver your order to your home within a maximum of 5 business days after you have placed your order. Please note that carrier shipping cut-off times can impact this timeline.

You will receive shipment notifications from us. And if your order includes more than one package, you should receive them all in the same day.

Do you ship Internationally?

Yes, Kirio ships to most countries. The standard shipping rate will apply and will be displayed at checkout. Note that the order's recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including any import taxes, customs duties and fees that might be levied.

If I pay with a credit card or with my PayPal account, when will I be charged?

We will charge your credit card or your Pay Pal account when your order ships from our warehouse. This usually occurs 2 days after you have placed your order.

What is your Return Policy?

You can return any Kirio package free of any charge up to 30 days after delivery, as long as the product is in new condition and sent back to us in its original packaging. If you’d like to return a Kirio product, please start the process by e-mailing [email protected]. Please mention your Order Number.

I represent a company and would like to order Kirio products in bulk with a volume discount. Can I do this?
